so its been a while since I last posted something..
1st week of transition is over! And on tuesday its our second week! And I'm suuupeeer stressed!!
Talking to customers and helping them troubleshoot their tv issues, internet issues and phone issues are hard... Urgh! Plus! Its hard trying to remember all the tools you need to use to check on their equipment and trying to please them at the same time is hard!

Finally! Tomorrow, will be going to metrowalk again! Buying dvd's and phone accessories to unwind because of all the stress at the office~ planning to cut my hair short again as well...
